Eden Hazard insists he is only focused on winning the Europa League final with Chelsea.
The Belgian scored the winning penalty in Chelsea’s shootout victory over Eintracht Frankfurt after a thrilling 2-2 scoreline after extra-time at Stamford bridge.
Hazard look likely to join Real Madrid this summer and with Chelsea away at Leicester City in this weekend’s Premier League, it seems the Belgian has kicked his last ball at Stamford Bridge.

“I am only thinking about winning something with this squad and this club,” he told BT Sport.
“If it is my last game, I will try to do everything. If it’s not, I will see.
“In my mind, I don’t know yet so I am just thinking about winning games.”

Hazard who scored the winning penalty, added: “We will go to Baku to try and win the trophy. The Europa League is not easy.
“I always take responsibility when I have to. I am happy and the boys and fans are happy. But it is not finished and we have another game to play… Ruben Loftus-Cheek gave Chelsea a first half lead on the night before Luka Jovic struck to send the tie to extra-time and eventually penalties.
Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta missed from the spot before Kepa saved from Martin Hinteregger and Goncalo Paciencia. Chelsea will play Arsenal in the finals. The Gunners beat Valencia 7-3 on aggregate to book their place in Baku.
