Arsenal legend Robert Pires has revealed why he thinks Paul Pogba has not hit the heights at United.
Pogba, returned to Old Trafford for £89million in 2016, having enjoyed remarkable Serie A successes.

And ahead of this weekend’s FA Cup final, at Wembley, ex-Gunners star Pires, a member of the Invincibles, believe that Pogba’s price simply weighs him down, and that the 25-year old has found it difficult to readjust to the difficult Premier League.
“When we talk about Paul Pogba, for me it is impossible to have a doubt, because he is very good,” Pires told the Mirror Football podcast. “For me, he has a lot of quality and a lot of potential.
“I know people talk about money, the transfer, I know Manchester United spent a lot of money. But even for Paul Pogba, the Premier League is very difficult.
“Of course, he was a very good footballer when he used to play with Alex Ferguson, but when you change the country and play in Italy [then come back], England is not the same.
“For him it is more difficult because a lot of people always talk about the money. It is a big pressure for him because he is still young.
“I know this pressure, sometimes it is very difficult.”
